| 关于“证据理论与科学国际研讨会”的通知 |

一、会议议题
1、证据法的理论基础与现实意义；
2、证据法学和法庭科学的历史和现状及其对中国的意义；
3、证据法法典化的前景和风险评价以及中国面临的挑战；
4、法庭科学、科技发展与证据法之间的互动；
5、从司法实践的角度对中国现行证据规则的评价；
6、对《人民法院统一证据规定（草案）》的评析。
7、其他相关议题。 二、会议时间、地点
时间：2007年9月15日－16日上午（会期一天半）
9月14日全天报到 9月16日下午参观，可以离会。
地点：北京春晖园温泉度假村（附件1：《会议地址路线图》）
三、会议代表报到办法
1、乘机抵达北京首都国际机场的与会者，请提前告知会务组联系人 抵达时间、航班，会议将安排接机。
2、北京与会者及乘坐其他交通工具抵达北京的与会者，请于2007年9月14日下午4：00在中国政法大学学院路校区（海淀区西土城路25号）教学楼前集合，统一乘车前往会议地点。
3、会议代表也可按附件1《会议地址路线图》的指示，自行前往报到。
四、其他会务事项
1、请您围绕会议主题准备论文或发言，于8月30日前向会务组确认是否到会。
2、本次研讨会食宿费用由主办者承担；与会者往返路费自理。
3、本次研讨会不收取会议注册费、资料费等费用。
4、会议初步日程安排（详见附件2：《会议初步议程》）
